Glorify Your Name-Music Video Entry
Hello! Thank you so much for your willingness to participate in my (Matthew Hawk) music video, Glorify Your Name, using your cell phone and shooting video of yourself or a friend. I have included the link to download a rough mix of the song and the lyrics as well.
For best results, please turn your phone sideways for horizontal mode (I will still accept vertical as well.)
You can record video of yourself singing or jamming along to the song. You can record the whole song or just a portion— I will chop it up and edit everyone’s video into pieces and make a beautiful masterpiece. You do not need to worry about audio, as I will only be using the video portion.
There are a lot of entries— the ones with the most personality are the ones that will get the most airtime. Be creative. Sing it in the car, sing it walking or dancing down the street, in your bedroom jumping on the bed, on the beach, or make up a dance to it, play air guitar, sing with a group of friends. Have drum sticks? Pencils? Play air drums along the wall, the couch, your steering wheel, etc. just have fun! The options are endless. Again— the most unique and the most personality gets the most airtime. What to wear? Please don't wear any clothing with large recognizable logos or images.
Ps. You can also have your headphones in as you sing, and have someone else shoot you from their cell phone. This works especially well for dancing down the street! I want people of all ages and all races for this project! But remember, this is an upbeat praise song, so the focus is praise!
After you have recorded your video, please go to wetransfer.com, upload the video, and send it to me at [email protected]

The deadline is midnight, Saturday, January 21st, but the quicker you get it in, the better the chance to be featured.
